At Next Best Thing Childcare and Preschool, we believe that every child deserves a nurturing and safe environment to grow and learn. Our caring and qualified staff are dedicated to providing your child with an educational and fun experience, while ensuring their safety. Our Christian values guide all that we do, and we strive to provide a variety of academic experiences that will help prepare your child for their future. We understand that leaving your child in someone else's care can be difficult, but at Next Best Thing Childcare and Preschool, we promise to provide the next best thing to being at home.
Director
My name is Kayla and I am honored to serve as the Director and Owner of the facility. I have worked in Early Childhood Education since 2009 and have my Child Development Associates credential. I have 5 kids of my own and I truly enjoy fostering a positive educational experience for children. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing and enriching environment for children to learn and grow.
Management
Ms. Nicole and Mr. Calvin have both earned their Child Development Associates credentials and have a combined total of 20 years of Early Childhood Education experience. They both help oversee a variety of important duties in the facility.
Teachers
Our lead classroom teachers hold a Child Development Associates credential or higher, plus over 60 hours of specialized early childhood training. Our classroom aides also meet annual early childhood training requirements of a minimum of 16 hours yearly and all of our staff is First Aide and CPR certified.
